Free lifetime support. Cracker Brandware promises to support our software development for the life of the application [or until such time as the Microsoft Dot Net application framework becomes redundant] – whichever comes first.
No maintenance contracts. Cracker Brandware does not mandate on-going maintenance programmes. However some clients choose to work with us on a discounted hourly rate for on-going design, marketing and systems development.
Free training for life. Cracker Brandware believes strongly in the self-sufficiency of our clients. Only then do our clients achieve maximum return on their investment. We will continue to support our clients knowledge base and tuition of the software we provide, for free, for the life of the software.
Fixed pricing. Cracker Brandware recognises the needs of business owners and managers to seek maximum benefits for investment in growth. We are the only brand and web development company in Australia today prepared to offer fixed project pricing and stick to it! No more budget blow-outs! Naturally if you decide to change the brief midway through the project it’s only fair that both parties agree on the cost impact of doing so.
