I originally met Ronny and Penny Wood when it became apparent that we needed more ‘image’ in our exhibition material. Although I was rather sceptical about the process, they gave me the impression that they could add value to our presentation. I found them to be reasonably priced and so proceeded. Ronny went to great lengths to have a better understanding of our business and our audience, not what I expected. The work was of a very high standard and needless to say, the feedback we received from our presentation material was very encouraging.
Subsequently, we asked Ronny to propose an identity for CBD. Again, Ronny strongly urged us to participate in a white board session with key members of my team which resulted in a very comprehensive brand strategy and content outline for our new website. I have to admit it was an exciting process and I feel we got great value out of it.
The resulting website has exceeded our expectations in the level of sophistication of the technology and what it can provide to us. Whilst there were at times delays of a technical nature, the Cracker team worked hard to manage our expectations and at the conclusion of it all we felt it was money well spent.
